Job Requirements of Trainer, SR:
Education Requirement: Associate’s Degree
Experience Requirement: Minimum five (5) years of general experience of which one (1) year is directly related.
Other Requirement(s): This position requires U.S.
Citizenship or a Green Card holder and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance.
For a candidate that is a Green Card holder, they must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the past five years prior to your application date.
You will also meet the residency qualifications if you lived abroad while on government or military duty or if you were a dependent of a federal employee of military member.
Performance Requirements:
1.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
3.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
4.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
6.
Ability to work independently.
7.
Ability to establish and maintain effective and positive working relationships with all staff and visitors.

What You Will Do:
Performs tasks related to the planning, creating, and executing test administration, learning management, customized subject matter specific training and educational courses that are delivered via an instructor-led (i.e., traditional classroom setting or conference/seminar) or web-based (i.e., Internet/Intranet, software packages and computer applications) system. Tasks may include conducting evaluations; analyzing and identifying communication and skill requirements; translating needs into workshop and remedial training modules; developing and revising workbooks and class instructional materials associated with standard and customized workshops; performing training related administrative tasks; developing and maintaining training databases; conducting face-to-face and online training; attending and participating in meetings and committees; and making presentations as needed. Professional clinical experience and understanding of healthcare delivery preferred.
