Who You Are:

General Summary: This role will analyze operations and identify ways to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Perform office automation activities: data entry, database creation and maintenance, and

records managements.

  1. Accurately input data into multiple comprehensive databases and Excel spreadsheets for tracking and trending of office matters, including those databases that cross reference information
  2. Database work includes opening and closing matters as appropriate
  3. Reporting of the data entered and status of the matters when requested
  4. Conduct research and analysis when necessary
  5. Create and maintain files electronically and according to office procedures
  6. Assist with office operations, projects and special assignments such as assist with writing
  7. Standard Operating Procedures, assist with oversight and follow up with Center contacts as necessary on ethics related matters.
  8. Collect information from the filers or staff for routine inquires on office program(s) or periodic reports.
  9. Respond to inquiries, investigate, and resolve problems quickly, and in the most efficient manner.
  10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelors’ Degree

Experience Requirement: Minimum two (2) years’ experience performing related duties.

Other Requirement(s): This position requires U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card holder and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance. For a candidate that is a Green Card holder, they must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the past five years prior to your application date. You will also meet the residency qualifications if you lived abroad while on government or military duty or if you were a dependent of a federal employee of military member.

Performance Requirements:

  1. Basic understanding of business and management principles, especially those involved in strategic planning, human resource modeling, production methods, and the allocation of resources.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to constructively collaborate with various individuals with a variety of personalities.
  5. Ability to understand the culture of the company.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
