Who You Are:

General Summary: This role will work in the Commissioner's Office providing high level administrative operations support. Frequent use of SharePoint and Concur (travel) is expected, as is the ability to multi-task in support of various team members.

  1. Collaborates with clients, vendors, employees, and executives to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the assigned department.
  2. Collects and analyzes annual reports, procedures, system design, and other data useful to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Assesses current practices and documents, records, and reports on findings.
  4. Makes recommendations for improvements, which may include new practices, forms, reports, data collection, and/or staffing changes based on assessments of current practices; communicates these recommendations to executives or other appropriate senior staff.
  5. Facilitates integration of new divisions, branches, or other business segments with existing ones.
  6. Prepares and provides documentation and/or training materials as needed to facilitate implementation of suggested changes
  7. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelors’ Degree

Experience Requirement: Minimum six (6) years’ experience performing related duties. Must have experience with SharePoint and Concur

Other Requirement(s): This position requires U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card holder and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance. For a candidate that is a Green Card holder, they must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the past five years prior to your application date. You will also meet the residency qualifications if you lived abroad while on government or military duty or if you were a dependent of a federal employee of military member.

  2. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to constructively collaborate with various individuals with a variety of personalities.
  4. Ability to understand the culture of the company.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

Work Environment: Work performed in an office environment. Involves frequent contact with staff and customers.
