Job Description:

Brillient Corporation is currently looking for an experienced Systems Architect with a robust background in designing and implementing complex systems with proven expertise in delivery of mission-critical systems, with a focus on automation, data conversion, integration, and compliance with federal standards. Adept at streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy and security within large-scale, regulated environments. Prior experience within the Veterans Benefits Administration is highly preferred.

Key strengths include:

• Systems Design & Architecture: Skilled in creating scalable, efficient, and secure system architectures tailored to the unique needs of the VA and VBA, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and alignment with VA’s enterprise architecture and strategic goals.

• Automation & Efficiency Optimization: Expertise in automating business processes to reduce manual tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency, especially in high-volume areas like mail management and claims processing.

• Data Conversion & Integration: Strong track record in leading data migration and conversion efforts, ensuring smooth transfer and integration of critical data across legacy and modern systems. Proficient in working with complex datasets to ensure high data integrity and compliance.

• Mail Management & Scanning Solutions: Extensive experience in managing electronic and physical mail management workflows, optimizing scanning systems, and implementing solutions that enhance document management, improve accessibility, and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Delivery & Implementation: Effective in deploying solutions across task orders, ensuring on time and high-quality delivery. Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and working closely with VA and VBA stakeholders to ensure clear communication and addressing technical concerns.

• Security & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of federal regulations, including FISMA, HIPAA, and other relevant standards, ensuring all systems and processes are fully compliant with government mandates and security protocols.
