Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a passionate and driven recent college graduate to join our Growth Office. 

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our efforts to expand our market presence and foster strong relationships with government and commercial clients. This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional, high-energy individual with exceptional communication skills to kickstart their career in business development within the IT sector. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in pipeline development and execution by identifying and researching potential government contracts and opportunities. 

  • Support the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. 

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. 

  • Collaborate with peers in the business development team to implement strategies for outreach and engagement. 

  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients/partners. 

  • Track and report on business development activities and opportunities. 

Qualifications: 

  • Recent college graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred). 

  • High-energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. 

  • Interest in government contracting and technology solutions.
