Clinical Program Manager

Brillient Corporation Washington, DC (Onsite) Full-Time

General Summary: This role will ensure that assigned project-based programs adhere to established contract terms, schedules, specifications, and budgets.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to contract terms, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  2. Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.
  3. Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
  4. Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program.
  5. Regularly communicates with management regarding the programs status and any problems or potential problems.
  6. Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
  7. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in related field. PMP certification is preferred.

Experience Requirement: Minimum three (3) years of related experience.

Other Requirement(s): This position requires U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card holder and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance. For a candidate that is a Green Card holder, they must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the past five years prior to your application date. You will also meet the residency qualifications if you lived abroad while on government or military duty or if you were a dependent of a federal employee of military member.

  6. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  10. Ability to establish and maintain effective and positive working relationships with all staff and visitors.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

Work Environment: Work performed in an office environment. Involves frequent contact with staff and customers.

Mental/Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity for office machine operation; stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Must be able to remain in stationary position for extended periods of time. Stress can be triggered by multiple demands and deadlines.
