Who You Are:

Clinical Program Manager – A Clinical Program Manager will oversee clinical research programs, ensuring they align with regulatory guidelines, timelines and overall goals. Some key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate clinical research programs ensuring they meet NIH standard specific goals
  • Develop project timelines, set priorities, and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop and implement clinical protocols
  • Oversee submission of documentation to regulatory agencies
  • Lead and mentor clinical research staff, providing guidance on project execution, data management, and reporting.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and publications related to clinical program findings.
  • Assist in the design and development of new clinical research initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between NIH leadership, external partners, and other agencies

 

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field (PhD, MD, or MPH preferred).

7+ years of experience managing clinical trials, preferably in a government setting.

Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
